Tampa Bay, FL  ·  On site  ·  Remote anywhere

IT support that shows up.

Wi-Fi that reaches the back of the shop. Email that lands in the inbox instead of the spam folder. A backup that actually exists. We handle the technology a small business runs on — on site around Tampa Bay, remotely everywhere else. Quoted per job, never billed monthly.

ONSITE
We drive out to you
Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Brandon, Lakeland and the rest of the bay. If it has to be plugged in, mounted, or stood next to, we come to the building. Everything else we can take care of remotely, same day.
$100–300$0/MO
Retainer → per job
Managed IT shops sell a monthly contract whether or not anything broke that month. You pay us for the job, when you have one. No minimum, nothing to cancel.
1
Person, and it stays that way
You call the number on this page and get the same person who was there last time, who already knows how your network is wired. No ticket queue, no tier-one script, no being handed off.
What We Handle

The six things that actually go wrong.

Small businesses don’t have IT problems in general. They have these six, over and over, and most of them get lived with for years because nobody wants to make the call.

01
Wi-Fi & Networking
Coverage that reaches the whole building instead of dying halfway down the shop. A separate guest network so customers aren’t on the same one as your register. Printers, POS terminals, cameras, and tablets actually connected and staying connected.
02
Business Email & Accounts
Email on your own domain instead of a Gmail address with your business name in it. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 set up or moved over without losing mail, and the sender records configured so what you send reaches the inbox rather than the spam folder.
03
Backups & Recovery
The question is not whether the laptop with everything on it dies. It is what happens that afternoon. Automatic backups for the files you cannot lose, somewhere off the machine, and a restore we test in front of you so you know it works.
04
Security Basics
Two-factor on the accounts that matter, a password manager so the team stops reusing one password everywhere, the router off its factory login, and twenty minutes showing your staff what a phishing email looks like. Unglamorous, and it stops most of it.
05
Computers & Devices
A new hire’s machine set up and ready on day one. A printer that went offline and nobody can fix. A POS terminal that needs to talk to the network. The slow laptop everyone has given up on. Straightforward work, done properly.
06
Customer Lists & Data
Four spreadsheets, two exports, and a notebook, all with different versions of the same customer. We merge it, strip the duplicates, fix the formatting, and hand back one clean list you can actually mail, call, or import somewhere.

What this costs: quoted per job, agreed before we start, same as everything else we do. Most of what is on this page is one visit. If we get into it and find the job is bigger than it looked, you hear that from us before the bill, not on it.

Being Straight With You

What we don’t do.

We would rather tell you now than three hours into a job. This is a small-business practice, and there is work that belongs with a bigger shop.

Call someone else for
Outside what we do
Server rooms and domain controllers
On-premise server infrastructure, Active Directory, virtualization. If you have a rack, you need a shop that specializes in them.
Compliance sign-off
HIPAA, PCI, or SOC 2 attestation. We can set up sensible security, but we are not the ones who certify you meet a standard, and you should not hire anyone who says otherwise casually.
24/7 monitored support
If you need someone on call at 2 a.m. with a guaranteed response time, that is a managed services contract and it is a different business than this one.
Which leaves
What we’re good for
Businesses with 1–25 people
A shop, an office, a clinic, a contractor with a crew. Enough technology to matter, not enough to justify hiring someone for it.
The job in front of you
Something specific is broken, or something specific needs setting up. You want it handled properly and then you want to stop thinking about it.
Someone who already knows your setup
Most of our IT clients are also our website clients. We built the site, we set up the email, so when something breaks we are not starting from zero.
Get It Handled

Tell us what’s not working.

Describe the problem in a sentence or two — the Wi-Fi in the back, the email going to spam, the thing nobody has been able to fix. We’ll tell you whether it is a visit or a phone call, and what it runs, usually the same day.
